    political claimant dictates company direction, teams not on the same page, too much finger pointing

    make a decision on the company's direction & stick to it with the full force of the staff. Hold people accountable for their job responsibilities.

    The majority of employees are nice and cooperative with similar aspirations to grow and advance their careers.

    Cons

    Leadership lacking from the very top, limited growth path, negative attitudes from management about the business make it a misery-loves-company environment.

    Advice to Management

    Respect your employees and listen to what they have to say, and set a better example with your own attitudes about the business and employee moral may improve.
