Cons
Long hours especially when gearing up for Back to School Season Lack of accountability which leads to lots of finger pointing. Depending on which department(s) you work with, there is a lack of respect for others and concern for deadlines as calendar dates are not meet. System is outdated as much of the work is done on Excel. IT support is done via India and not helpful. Management is very busy with putting out fires as it is all very reactionary and not strategic moves that are shortsighted. Same problems reoccur each season that creates a lot of stress and additional long hours. Management spends money foolishly when they are emphasize that busy is not doing well.
