Pros
- The principles are great at their craft. - Very Flexible with time off - A couple good middle managers (VP's) - You get to do a lot of high level message development for a diverse list of clients
Cons
- HORRIBLY Underpaid - Impossible to move up in the company unless you know or are related to one of the principals - Staff is overworked, too many clients for current staff - Getting stuck working events (regardless of whether you are on that team or not) without getting paid overtime - Office culture is extremely poor. Most people openly admit hating their job.
