The company lacks a clear strategy, which creates confusion and makes execution difficult. Leadership often chooses not to backfill key roles despite ongoing turnover, leaving remaining employees to absorb more work and increasing burnout. There is a noticeable disconnect between executive leadership and employees. Morale has declined, trust is low, and leadership teams often appear misaligned, making cross-functional collaboration challenging. As a company serving marketers, it is concerning that there does not appear to be a cohesive marketing strategy internally, and this team does not use the company's own product.
