Pros

401k matching and fully remote.

Cons

CEO is a major source of frustration for most employees, and confidence in his leadership is very low across the organization. As the AI market continues to advance, the product has not evolved quickly enough to remain competitive. Revenue leader continues to credibility challenges internally due to perception he lacks authenticity.

A company struggling with leadership and execution

Pros

Smart coworkers with impressive backgrounds.

Cons

The company lacks a clear strategy, which creates confusion and makes execution difficult. Leadership often chooses not to backfill key roles despite ongoing turnover, leaving remaining employees to absorb more work and increasing burnout. There is a noticeable disconnect between executive leadership and employees. Morale has declined, trust is low, and leadership teams often appear misaligned, making cross-functional collaboration challenging. As a company serving marketers, it is concerning that there does not appear to be a cohesive marketing strategy internally, and this team does not use the company's own product. Recent leadership hires in Services and Account Management have contributed to a toxic culture that feels political.

Blind leading the blind

Pros

An opportunity to work with an AI product.

Cons

There is no stability with company leadership, which lacks focus and has offered the company no strategy or direction. For a small company, teams are surprisingly siloed, don't trust each other, and are prone to infighting. There's very little collaboration and no interest in fixing what's broken. Bad behaviors are rewarded rather than corrected. Marketing is especially rudderless...there's no alignment on how to describe the product, which they don't use, leading to inconsistent messaging and campaigns that can only be characterized as uninspired and unconvincing.
