Pros
After 30 days, you become eligible for benefits. If you're a temp and get hired, you'll receive benefits right after completing your hours. However, getting enough hours can be tough since there isn't much work available - it's quite slow. On the bright side, the employees are really nice and supportive of each other.
Cons
They don’t offer fair wages and demand long hours with no flexibility in the schedule. Work-life balance is non-existent as they expect me to be available whenever they need, and change schedules at will. Missing hours results in penalties leading to termination. Communication from upper management is poor, with a lack of understanding of warehouse operations. Insurance benefits are inadequate, especially for West Coast employees. There are no salary increases, promotions, or career development opportunities. Overall, the company lacks support for employees to grow and succeed.
