Very heavily weighed on the 4 Steps of Selling they teach you and maintaining ridiculously high budgets for overpriced and often, cheap merchandise.
Many customers had complained about the sales people being too pushy and pushing them to buy products they didn't want, but felt like they needed to because the employee would not stop pushing it.
Employees also have to buy and wear current clothes, which are pretty expensive, even at 50% off. Part-time employees are required to shell out the same amount of money as FT employees, to pay for outfits every few weeks to keep up with current merchandise. And you have to wear what is being sol in store, not even the items that appear only online.
