BEST career move. I switched from sales to marketing and frankly speaking, I was psyched being accepted into a role I barely had any experience nor knowledge in. Despite the lack of experience and knowledge, everyone was helpful and provided me with the platform and opportunities allowing me to grow and become better with each passing day! AWESOME colleagues (GLOBAL) Very helpful bunch! From EU to US to ANZ to ASIA, we help one another balance our workload and work together in an effective manner to get things done! It isn't always sunshine and rainbows, but we do our utmost best to work hard and play hard together! LOTS of hustling Words can't describe the amount of hustling we have to do here at Jedox! It may be daunting and tough, but I LOVE every bit of it! It's great to see individuals of different walks of life band together to strive towards success!
Cons
If you're looking for an easy 9-6 kinda lifestyle, look somewhere else! Our hours tend to be flexible, and management cares only about the productivity and level of work you do, not how much time you spend at your desk. Work-life balance may be a little off, but it's up to every individual to manage it on their own. Communication between global things can be improved. Maybe a bi-annual town hall get-together will be great to get everyone a lot more engaged!
