- Flexible work - Product flexibility leads to a varied work environment - Truly great people. We really care for each other
Cons
Management seems afraid (or incapable) of making decisions. The flexible product, and flexible work, requires a management that dares to follow a specific direction even if it means leaving other projects on the table. Instead of setting a specific direction, and making sure all employees follow suit, Jedox employee a strategy of self-leadership. What it means is no consistent strategy between Marketing, BD, Sales, Product, Implementation. Everyone is left fending for themself.
