Pros
Jet offers great flexability with your work/personal schedule. There are also a few executives who really have a grasp on what they are trying to do with the company.
Cons
Where to start... They preach integrity, but then ask you to lie and they continue to employ inept managers at the expense of those manager's employees. You'll be asked to do a million tasks due yesterday and then held accountable because management failed to give you the resources needed to complete the job. Also, there is no confidentiality what-so-ever. Assume anything you tell anyone including confidential meetings, will end up known around the company. Honestly, Jet has a lot going for it, and with the right management and direction it could be quiet a force in the industry. But as of current, management and the lack of accountability of those in charge will be it's the downfall.
