- Great team of engineers and executives - Quarterly meetings include the whole company, appreciate the transparency

- Unclear expectations and training for entry-level roles. - SOPs are out of date, including those for daily tasks. Leading to confusion on daily operations. - Daily meetings do not have a 'Standup', leading to confusion on what other team members are doing. - Raises are determined by an outside service which suggests 1-3% raises, despite performance. Especially damaging at entry level. - Unclear overtime policy. Taking overtime when asked can lead to a negative discussion next week. - No Performance Improvement Plan offered during dismissal.
