Pros

The company operates in a niche aviation parts industry, and the office environment appears organized on the surface.

Cons

- No structured onboarding, training, or clear communication about expectations. - No formal guidance on jobs you were assigned as a new hire and did my best to keep up with my workload. - There was no opportunity for discussion, improvement, or formal HR involvement throughout this process. - Lack of professionalism from management. The environment felt unstructured and unsupportive for new hires, especially for a senior-level role. - Lastly, the formal employees from management level to staff level are all taking behind of each other, the working structure is very toxic to corporate with.

Pros

They match 401K up to 5%. If you are in the Seattle office, their culture is relaxed for engineers.

Cons

Upper management is either not involved and or checked out. To make up for their removal, they micromanage inappropriately. Remote workers are treated as less than workers compared to workers based in Seattle. In six years, I had to correct upper management five times on my yearly bonus number. Only once did I receive a 4% raise. In the last three years, although I met my sales numbers, correctly forecasted sales and exceeded my sales numbers I didn't receive an increase. Management's excuse was "increases were not budgeted properly, and or there isn't enough funds on the budget to provide an increase". Sales was not the only one presented with these excuses, although the company had years revenue years. Don't get sick, an official doctors note will be required no matter if you have proof of a broken foot. Even with a broken foot I was still required/made to visit customers with no regard to my safety and recovery.

Pros

Laid back culture. Owner funds company activities that employees have a heavy input in. Good group of people and brings in dynamic friendly individuals.

Cons

No drive to excel at ones job. Management needs to push on employee excellence more and drive for continuous improvement.
