Pros
The company does care about its people unlike many others that only say so. Let me give you an example. They started loosing some talented people because of their location - most of the development happened in Russia and many employees wanted to move to Europe or USA. Instead of making strict contracts or whatever, they just opened they own branch in Munich, Germany and relocated a big part of their team there. Now employees have a choice where to work and live.
Cons
You really need to be able to self-orient, self-educate and everything "self" yourself. Not that much of a leadership sometimes.
