      great benefits, great people, discounts and sample sales, attempting to make it a better work environment. health insurance and leaves are generous.

      Cons

      management, no room for growth, there is a very real possibility that your position will be outsourced with little to no notice, compensation is low

      Wonderful design community who really care about eachother!

      Cons

      Since being bought by another larger corporation, the internal values changes and ALL became focussed on the bottom line. Whereas prior, it was all about the people and a very family oriented family business.
