      Pros

      There are no pro's to working at thus business

      Cons

      - Lack of communication - Cliquey environment where if you are in the clique you will get pay rises and development if you are not then you will definitely not let alone be listened to - Terrible CEO lacks any kind of vision and is entirely in it for himself - No development - Serious communication problem (whoever shouts the loudest wins) - Panic at the slightest inconvenience and then asked to attend 5 meetings to discuss how this has happened (huge time wasters) - A conmpany that cares nothing for their staff and only for the clique and senior staff - Staff who are not in the clique get no recognition and recognition is taken by soeine within that clique who has nothing to do with the work involved

Although we really welcome and appreciate all feedback and suggestions, because all feedback is always a good opportunity to learn and grow, based on the information provided in the review, we believe that it is not meant to be addressed to us. Our offices are based only in Europe and India and we don’t have an office in New York or elsewhere in the US, and we have never employed a Receptionist as a Contractor for less than 1 year in our Company.       Pros

      Working here offers a significant benefit in terms of the rapid career advancement opportunities within the company. Additionally, the daily reminder of being part of a supportive team, where colleagues are always ready to assist you, adds to the positive experience. I appreciate the flexibility to work either from home or the office, another aspect I enjoy during my time here.

      Cons

      While the team is indeed supportive, one aspect I find lacking here is the presence of a larger number of younger individuals. This is something that the company could focus on in the long run.
