      Pros

      I'm completing my 2nd rotation of FLDP and have had a great experience. I've learned more in these past two years than I did in all of college and the exposure to senior leadership is great. They really do want you to have a voice and respect your opinion

      Cons

      you will be doing the work of a senior analyst but not paid as much which kind of sucks because you can't get promoted early. they do give you a good raise each year though

      Pros

      Good benefits, pension (after 5 years), strong focus on competitiveness, supportive team.

      Cons

      I am a few months into the "training" for EP, and it is genuinely terrible. Work/life balance is awful, the expectation is to work 50+ hours per week, including arriving early, staying late, and doing homework outside of that. I put quotations around training because it isn't training- it's almost entirely self-learning using outdated, disorganized, and confusing e-modules.
