Pros

• Upper management genuinely cares about the staff • Generous PTO • Many great benefits that I have not seen at other companies, including 100% employer paid life insurance, AD&D, long term disability, and generous family leave for FT employees. • Hybrid; most employees WFH 5 days/week but the option to go into office is there if you choose to utilize. • Work/life balance is great. Upper management encourages the use of your PTO. • Low turnover speaks for itself!

Cons

• The only one I can think of is micromanaging. I was once entrusted 100% in my job duties until recently. Having someone constantly following up on your work and breathing down your neck can be disconcerting. It's not an everyday occurrence, but enough to be irritating.

Colleagues who want to see you succeed and are willing to help or talk out novice ideas or questions. PTO Is best I’ve seen. Managing partners are easily accessible and actually listen. Fully remote.

Cons

Salary, slightly. Turnover with support staff.

Pros

I love working here. Leadership cares about you both personally and professionally. Remote work, but still maintains positive culture. Attorneys collaborate well. I can tell not only is experience important, but attorneys are chosen due to if they are cultural carriers. The work is high volume and clients are demanding, but that is part of the job and something outside of the control of the firm. With that said, I feel supported and well compensated for the work I do. Their bonus program is generous and attainable.

Cons

Clients can sometimes be demanding due to the high-volume.
