Ability to work for large corporation, you can tranters after a year
Cons
You work for a client, the client benefits and perks sometimes do no apply to you. For example, during winter break you have to use you own PTO for those days
Pay was decent, when working on site, talking with people was nice occassionally
Cons
Unwilling to let people work remote until it suited the company. Made up fake problems to get rid of people illegally (i.e. calling to fire someone when they were out sick on a doctor's note), expect all support staff to bend over backwards to get everything done with no errors and even when you did, they would still find fake flaws to have you removed.
