Pros

Employees are treated with respect and management is always available but they do not micro-manage . The president of the company gives all employees a gift card on their birthday and anniversary. The benefits are very good and they pay for parking. The training is very hands on. Everyone gets along very well. If the account managers meet their annual quota, they are sent on an all expenses paid Caribbean vacation for two people. A pet friendly environment helps the employees bond with one another!

Cons

The vacation time only increases after 5 years of employment. Only mangement have their own office.

Snacks Gaining recruiting experience when you are starting out in the field

There is no free parking. Metro accessible however. Salary base is okay for starting out with bonus. Good for recent graduates who want to get their foot in the door. High turnover rate. Favoritism. It doesn’t matter how great of an employee you are, if the account manager doesn’t like you then you are replaceable. Also don’t bother mentioning favoritism because the account manager wont see it that way. Bad mouthing. Don’t be surprised if you find out the account manager is saying negative, mean, unnecessary remarks about you to other recruiters. Micromanaging. Your email will be checked all the time, you will be questioned about your decisions with a passive aggressive chat and they don’t like when you try to stay on top of things with candidates and clients.
