      Pros

      Used to have an amazing culture, supportive and collegiate. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      New senior management is only interested in making money. Hiring people who don’t have asset management experience. Culture is ruined. Merian acquisition feels like a takeover. New CRO shouts at people and treats them terribly. Jupiter is no longer what it was.

      Best company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      I left prior to the merger with Merian Global Investors, so would not be able to share any insight on how the culture of the firm has been since.
