    Pros

Good work life balance, good benefits, nice new office

    Cons

More socials. Hard to move up if you aren't in with the "cool kids". Some people take advantage of the work from home option. Appreciate and recognize the good work of your staff to retain good talent.

    Pros

    Good work/ life balance
Hard work is recognised by managers and senior management
Very pleasant colleagues with lots of social events

    Cons

The culture was changing as I was leaving with people doing longer hours and losing its small company feel.

I have been working at Jupiter Asset Management full-time

    Pros

Less and less pros. Good pension.

    Cons

Political, echo with other reviews. Incompetent leadership. Focus on wrong and small thing and empower wrong people. A lot of mess. Lack of clear concrete direction, as well as responsibilities so end up being political based on relationship rather than merits

    Pros

    Generally good people
Great track record and legacy culture
    Great knowledge at Mid Level

    Cons

Became incredibly political with new CEO
Nepotism rampant, who you know not what you know at senior levels, culture being changed rapidly to detriment of staff
Quality of senior leaders gone downhill
Very operationally driven, technology seen and valued as secondary

    Advice to Management

Try not to lose remaining culture, easier to replace strategy
