I worked at Jupiter Asset Management full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Generally good people
Great track record and legacy culture
    Great knowledge at Mid Level

    Cons

Became incredibly political with new CEO
Nepotism rampant, who you know not what you know at senior levels, culture being changed rapidly to detriment of staff
Quality of senior leaders gone downhill
Very operationally driven, technology seen and valued as secondary

    Advice to Management

Try not to lose remaining culture, easier to replace strategy

    - Knowledgeable group of employees
    - Modern offices
    - Good pay and benefits package
