Pros

You can get a few weeks of experience before someone stabs you in the back.

Cons

This company thrives on using people like durable goods. The entire Executive team will do literally anything to ensure they remain in their own positions - including blaming everyone else for their failures. Show runners who have failed to get any TV show to be renewed past a second season have failed up at Jupiter. They have not been able to sell any new shows in the last couple of years. The shows they are lucky enough to have from other people’s hard work are flaming out fast. The poor leadership, lying and using people before discarding them like trash is unforgivable. They reward failure by promoting people who target other employees regardless of their success or history with the company. This is a sad place to work at and always ends with Jupiter’s hatchet man calling and telling you that they got an anonymous complaint and now you’re fired. There are no African Americans working at Jupiter - none. Very toxic culture here.

Pros

Jupiter was phenomenal with certain aspects of the role like WFH and assisting with a work life balance, focusing on mental health, and trying to provide resources for employees.

Cons

There's an extreme bias for certain employees that are horrible and don't do their job. They refuse to take accountability for these employees who are horrendous and constantly degrade other employees just because they can do a job even with multiple complaints. They even have some executives to where people have no idea what they do, but are laying people off. They do not care about perceptions there but rather favor these people.
