      Pros

      The founding team is great group of people to work for. They're smart and ambitious and I have no doubt they're going to build a great company. I had to part due to outside circumstances, otherwise I would have stay with them and continue to work with them. They have a bright future and they'll sure to make a big splash in the industry soon.

      Cons

      Typical startup growing pains, but nothing that can't be overcome.

      The founders and team members are highly motivated, open to sharing ideas, and consistently supportive of professional growth.

      Cons

      Being a start-up and a fast-paced environment can lead to frequent changes in direction or priorities, which may be difficult to keep up with but also exciting.
