      Pros

      The founding team is great group of people to work for. They're smart and ambitious and I have no doubt they're going to build a great company. I had to part due to outside circumstances, otherwise I would have stay with them and continue to work with them. They have a bright future and they'll sure to make a big splash in the industry soon.

      Cons

      Typical startup growing pains, but nothing that can't be overcome.

      Pros

      A company is, in essence, its people. And the people who work here are just amazing human beings. I've learned a lot, not only from the technical side of things but also from a leadership standpoint. It truly has been awesome working here.

      Cons

      It's a startup, so It can be intense sometimes. But it's worth it for the growth you can get from it.
