Pros

There are no pros - they hire only slaves

Cons

You will be treated like a slave. You do not have the right to suggest or put any inputs - you only have to do things that you are told, even if it is not a part of your job role. In fact, you will only be given work that’s not a part of your job role. So be ready to wipe the boss’s shoes

Pros

This organization provides a strong foundation for individuals at the beginning of their careers. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to develop both technical and professional skills, with hands-on exposure that significantly contributed to my overall growth and confidence. The learning curve is healthy, and there is ample scope to take ownership of work, which accelerates development. One of the most notable aspects of the company is its people. The majority of colleagues are approachable, collaborative, and willing to extend support when needed. This creates a positive team dynamic where knowledge-sharing happens organically, making it easier for new joiners to settle in and contribute effectively. The workplace culture is vibrant and energetic, which makes daily work engaging rather than monotonous. There is a sense of enthusiasm across teams that reflects in the way projects are executed. Additionally, the management team is generally supportive of employees’ efforts and recognizes contributions, while also being open to ideas and feedback. This fosters a sense of inclusion and encourages individuals to take initiative.

Cons

While the work environment is largely positive, there are periods when the pressure to deliver can become quite high. These instances are typically driven by deadlines or business demands and are not constant, but they can occasionally impact work-life balance. It would also be beneficial if the company could consider offering a more generous PTO policy :-P
