      1. Good exposure to outside technologies 2. Interaction with the Top clients. especially meeting all the top management people about implementing the product software.

      Cons

      1. Lot of travel, sometimes it will be a continuous travel to client location without break. 2. Hard to maintain work-life balance

      Company culture is great. Hybrid model is very flexible on days in office and remote work. Growing fast so a lot of internal growth opportunities.

      Benefits are pretty much average or a little better.
