      Pretty flexible with me as a student. Training on the job. Some nice employees gave me food

      Cons

      Minimum wage - based on age even when we’re all doing the same work. No consistent levels of effort amongst staff. Teasing of younger members.

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Cons

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
