      Working roster was very flexible, Initial training given at the start of the role, opportunities to grow into shift supervisor roles.

      Cons

      Management and shift supervisors are always pushing to meet time and sometimes forget about safety or quality of the job.

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
