      Great Food, The cornels history, the corporate web site

      Cons

      No benefits for reguar employees or shift supervisors, AM's receive 50% off expensive health, RGM's receice same expensive insurance and after 18 months of service earn 5 days Vacation. Low wages & bonus plan, bonus plan very hard to earn any.

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
