Pros
It's fast paced and you work along side with the managers, which is nice because you build a better relationship with all your fellow employees.You're also trained to build friendly relationships with the customers. Over all work is a fun productive place.
Cons
KFC corporate does not communicate as well as they should, which can cause problems in the stores themselves but these problems are normally quickly resolved by the store managers.
