      1)Got tremendous job knowledge 2) Chance to lead the restaurant 3) Launched home delivery and many new products.

      Cons

      As i was part of franchisee outlet , there were fewer chances of growth , i mean the franchisee had only one KFC in mumbai .

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Cons

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
