      Pros

      You gain a sense of customer service in a very fast paced environment. Learning how to please customers is a skill quickly picked up.

      Cons

      The customers themselves may be too demanding. As an employee, you have to do what you can, within your power to please the customer though.

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Cons

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
