Pros
Where I worked, the management truly cared and wanted to help you be your best and work your way up. We also had a lot of great regulars who really wanted to brighten your day.
Cons
Too many coworkers who are super lazy and/or just plain mean. These are people who will never be good enough for anything outside of fast food, and certainly not for management. Of course, some customers are really nasty, and you go home greasy and often smelly after a full shift.
