Pros
- I worked in four different KFC restaraunts and I was almost always kept busy. - I was trained well for every role in the restaurant and I changed between roles frequently during each shift.
Cons
- Whilst the 'Trade-Up Challenge' offers till operators the chance to compete against each other on sales performance, the rewards for excellent performance were poor. - Questionable ethics, but probably much better than their rivals
