      Double pay on bank holidays and flexible hours

      Cons

      The work culture is really bad. I dread going to work. I get called names left right and centre and management don't care and don't take action even though they can see it happening. It is causing me to feel depressed and working for them has really affected my self esteem.

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
