Pros

Free food Made some life long friends.

Cons

Preferential treatment from the manager towards certain staff, Team leaders sitting in the office for hours on end doing nothing. being taken for granted, doing everyone else's work, different rules for different staff. Discriminative. The managers fave staff getting to do what they want, Singling out other team members. Giving the lazy staff undeserving hours whilst the hard workers get theres taken away. Team leader purposefully making it a bad atmosphere to work in. a few members of staff being picked on constantly, whilst others can get away with anything. Manager not willing to be un-biased, and unwilling to listen to complaints from staff, brushes them off as lies.

Pros

Working at KFC has several advantages. One major benefit is the flexible scheduling, which makes it a good option for students or people with other jobs. The position is also entry-level friendly, meaning employees typically do not need prior experience to get hired. In addition, the fast-paced environment can make shifts feel shorter and more engaging. Many employees also enjoy the team atmosphere and develop friendships with their coworkers. Another advantage is the availability of employee discounts or free food during shifts, as well as the potential for advancement into shift leader or management roles.

Cons

However, there are also some disadvantages to working at KFC. The pay is often relatively low, usually close to minimum wage. The job can be physically demanding, requiring employees to stand for long periods, work in a hot kitchen, and perform tasks such as lifting and cleaning. The work environment can also be messy due to grease and food preparation. Additionally, the job can be stressful during busy hours, especially when dealing with long lines or high customer demand. Employees may also have to handle difficult or impatient customers, which can be challenging. Finally, work schedules may be inconsistent, with hours varying from week to week.
