Pros
If you have half a brain, you can easily move into a manager position, in fact, they may beg you to replace an existing manager
Cons
Terrible work conditions. I realize it is fast food, but come on. They leave the majority of the prep work/ cleaning to one or two people while the rest just stand around. For any shift over 4 hours, you get one 15 minute break, or three 5 minute breaks; Including 10 hour shifts and longer. The temperature in the summer is at least 90 degrees Fahrenheit, and at some times gets to over 105. At the beginning of last summer(2009), the AC was broken. They just fixed it yesterday(august 2010).
