Pros
Free food and drinks is about the only positive thing but after a week you are sick of KFC's food so that no longer becomes a pro.
Cons
I called in sick within my first two week probational period as i had severe sickness and diareoha, i was told by the duty manager that was no problem and that i should get in contact when i felt better. When i spoke to my friend who worked there he told me that the store manager told him that i had most likely lost my job which was breaking confidentiality. After i had heard from my friend that i had potentially lost my job i tried my best to get in touch with the store manager, she then told me that i had lost my job. I had not recieved any proper training or induction nor had i recieved any information regarding health and safety.
