      Flexible hours get free food you sometimes can get what ever days off if you put it in early enough

      Cons

      Give employees authority which they shouldn't have, people get raise for less work than others and there is no order and should have different management

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
