      Its like working with family, free food, the owners always want the employees to feel good and treat all the staff equal

      Cons

      Some of the staff can be very rude, you don't get enough holidays, no Christmas bonus, wages are not good enough

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
