      State of the art Hospital, with high tech medical equipment and with a good working environment. Medical Doctors, Allied Health and Admin employees are professionally experts.

      Saudization. Changing expatriates employees to Saudi gradually.

      Nice benefits such as free medical and annual free ticket with 90 days leave

      Cons

      Work can get very stressful and very hard to upgrade your career since they prioritize the locals more. Staff are diverse but they do not promote multiculturalism the last time I checked.
