Not worth it - Marketing KLNB Employee Review

This company advertises to have a fun work culture, but that could not be further from the truth. No real opportunities for growth, as titles are inflated for the sake of appearance and increased responsibilities do not come with an increase in salary. There is no HR presence or safe outlet for staff to confide in when dealing with unfair treatment, unrealistic workloads, and workplace bullying/conflict. This company fostered an environment that allowed overt favoritism, encouraged competition within teams, and did not have any boundaries set for unrealistic deadlines given by brokers and management. Length of time at the company is valued above strong work ethic. Although there were end of year reviews for staff, there was no opportunity to give feedback to managers, brokers, and leadership. There are some fun benefits, but it does not compensate for the bigger day-to-day issues.
