KLNB interview questions

I applied online, and contacted by the marketing manager to come in for an in-person interview over the course of a week. The process itself was speedy. When I came in I met her and she was so friendly and humorous. We discussed my experience a bit while I got a thorough outlook of the firm's market behavior and some of the real estate clients they deal with. Shortly after she called in the rest of the team members and we sat around a round-table, and they asked me interview questions quite casually and the whole process felt very open and informal.
