      The only con was a lot of work outside of work hours. Commute to and from office was ok. Interview process was long

      Pros

      The EA's and the EA teams are nice.

      Cons

      They've reduced "Executive Assistants" to a "Team Admin". You support 8-10 Managing partners/directors and you're on a team of 4-5 executive assistants and you are the back up to the rest of the team; so back-up for 32-50 managing partners/directors. It's nuts.
