- 50% discount - Good place to gain retail experience - Can be a good work environment if the girls are welcoming and nice
Cons
- Have to wear heels at work!! - Have to wear only Kookai and can't wear anything on Sale! - Toxic culture of employees being afraid of head office - A lot of favouritism and a lot of excluding within the team - Girls that work there can either be really nice or terrible and condescending - Sizing is ridiculous and exclusive to people who wear size 6-12 ONLY - Lack of management training for mangers - Little to no recognition of hard work - Very high turnover with management and staff
