friendly coworkers, paying for transportation fee

compared to other companies, compensation is too low

My coworkers were really nice, when I worked there the company has had offered a special plan for emplyees so I could use the phone almost free until they stopped it.

Ridiculously high expectation of sales. They don't support each stores well but expect them to make more sales than others. The salary they are saying at the first time is wrong; they pay you an extra money every 3 months but it's based on the result of sales and a lot of people didn't get paid. But they consider that commission as your salary too.
