Pros
- Perfect open and very erudite colleagues. I enjoyed a lot working together. Real professionals. - Perfect office - Good salary - Friendly environment - Good benefits (even for birth of a baby you'll be given some perks) - Bureaucracy is small for this large company, which is really unusual. For example: I asked for help for system administrator and he helped me right now, and taught how to create such requests in future. But even if I do requests via official way they are performed very quick. - Great corporate parties. Even when covid started they found a way to create celebration by remote translation and serving food by yandex-delivery. - No overtimes, working at your pace - Funny mascot :)
Cons
- Location of the office is quite far. You either live nearby, or spend much more to get to the office because it's Moscow - from home to center, then from center to office. - Sometimes hard to communicate between adjacent departments (Pull requests can hang some time)
