pay and benefits are good and making great friends and meeting very nice people. great discounts
Cons
They will right and terminate managers or make stressful on them and as a result lot of managers and assistant managers are quitting. Retention rate is too high its a revolving door! once you are a manager, that's it no more career advancement. commission rate is not worth the hassle when everything is online and the web service/ employees disparages the staff in the stores and corporate doesn't care .They are more focused more on the the ecommerce than the people in the stores. I can go on and too much to talk about.. You will be more appreciated at other companies
