Pros

Relaxed work environment with flexibility to work remotely at times. Good PTO, health benefits, and fitness package.

Cons

Very little emphasis on technology by leadership. Everything revolves around sales/customer relationships. Both are very important but the internal balance between the two is way off. A lot of people in management who don't know how to preemptively assess problems and formulate solutions in a timely fashion.

Pros

•Remote •Good benefits/decent pay •No micromanagement •Some great people •Cool office

Cons

Management has no idea what is going on. Everything changes week to week, month to month. There is zero job security. Everyone complains about the company and the work. No one seems happy to work there. The Account Executives look down on the BDR’s and they pick and choose meetings to attend and ignore. They expect every meeting to be with a confirmed buyer and completely disregard the volume of meetings being booked. There is little recognition of pipeline building or long-term opportunity - only immediate purchase intent is valued. The BDR management team also feels ineffective and inconsistent, with unclear guidance and a lack of fair or transparent leadership.
