- Amateur leadership that led to multiple rounds of layoffs in the last 2 years - Receives influx of cash, relies and hires sales people to sell product that hasn’t been innovated on in 6+ years, those sales teams continually miss unattainable projections the company based hires off of, and then fires engineers and technical experts. Rinse and repeat. - Culture demands overtime work that you don’t get paid for - Expected to take lower pay since you “believe in the mission” - Employees are immature and some have gotten banned from various manufacturing plants

INSANELY TERRIBLE organization health. They have gone through over 60-70 lay offs over the past 2 years. For a company at a size of appx 250 people! The leadership definitely don't know what the heck they are doing and do not know how to run the company. 22 years in business and they do not have a clear vision of what they want to do or where they want to go. The leadership gets investments and hires as many sales people as possible because that is the way for them to make money, instead of caring about their customer needs. If you want to work here, you should know you will be underpaid, no bonuses, no raise, no enhancement in your career, and etc. and most probably will get laid off after few months of working.
